I''m working with an established London fit-out contractor looking to bring an experienced Project Manager into its growing delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, forward-thinking business delivering a varied portfolio of Cat A and Cat B commercial fit-out projects, from smaller, fast-track schemes through to larger, more complex refurbishments. The business has a strong pipeline of work and is looking for someone who knows fit-out inside out, enjoys the challenge of juggling programmes and trades, and takes real pride in delivering a quality job. The Opportunity You''ll be taking ownership of commercial fit-out projects, typically valued up to £5m, with exposure to larger schemes depending on your experience. This is a hands-on delivery role where you''ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-construction and mobilisation through to practical completion and handover. Key responsibilities include: Managing Cat A and Cat B commercial fit-out projects from start to finish. Taking ownership of programmes, budgets, quality, health and safety and overall project delivery. Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and internal delivery teams.
