This is a high-profile assignment focused on reviewing how City Operations services are delivered to residents across the districts and wards. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing current operating models, identifying overlaps and inefficiencies, and driving service redesign to create a more joined-up, resident-focused approach across the organisation. Working closely with a wide range of operational teams and stakeholders, you will lead fact-finding activities, evaluate how services are currently delivered across different functions and divisions, and develop new ways of working that improve collaboration, consistency and service outcomes.
