Our client is a fast growing main contractor which is renowned for delivering commercial office fit outs within the CAT A and B sectors across London.We are assisting them in their search for a Project Manager to join a team on a £7m CAT B commercial office fit-out across two floors. It''s based in Kings Cross.The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the commercial CAT B office space. You must ensure health and safety compliance as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards.To be considered for this role you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and a First Aid qualification, whilst also having previous experience delivering £3m - £15m commercial office fit-out projects for a main contractor.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a healthy pipeline of work.If you re interested, please apply now. ..... full job details .....
