Working across large-scale live events, technical production, and scenic design, this role offers the opportunity to deliver high-profile projects for major agencies and private event planners.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and has a proven background in event production from concept through to on-site delivery.Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of event projects, following a defined critical path from initial brief through to completionLiaise with clients to understand objectives and present solutions that are creative, practical, safe, and budget-consciousCoordinate day-to-day communication between clients, internal teams, and suppliersSource, book, and manage freelance crew, technicians, and specialist contractorsOversee project delivery, including handling client-owned or subcontracted equipment when requiredEnsure subcontractor outputs meet agreed specifications, particularly during fabrication and production stagesProduce and manage all Health and Safety requirements, documentation, and on-site complianceMaintain financial control throughout the project, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes and budgetComplete post-project reconciliation, invoicing, ..... full job details .....
