Subject to continued funding Purpose of the role: Develop and manage the programme of LIPS Volunteering Proactively recruit and mentor volunteers for LIPS in order to achieve its objectives. Fundraise on behalf of LIPS, via grant applications, local Health Trusts, local authorities and organising and hosting various fundraising events. Continually promote the values of LIPS via social media and events for local schools, clubs, employers, and relevant bodies. Evaluate effectiveness of various LIPS initiatives by developing and utilising surveys, networking and communications with stakeholders, contributors and the public.
