Project Manager - Lift Engineering

Project Manager Lift Installation and Modernisation Greater London (Mainly Remote/On-Site Permanent Competitive salary plus benefits We''re working with a well established and growing lift engineering business that is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead its modernisation and new installation projects. This is a hands on delivery role for someone who already knows the lift industry inside out and can own projects from contract handover right through to client sign off. What you''ll be doing: Taking full ownership of lift modernisation and installation projects across multiple sites, managing programmes, budgets, subcontractors and site teams as well as a small team. You''ll be the key point of contact for clients, main contractors and consultants, keeping projects on time, on budget and fully compliant on safety and quality. What they''re looking for: Proven project management experience within the lift or elevator industry (this is essential) Strong technical understanding of installation and modernisation works, including traction and hydraulic systems Working knowledge of EN 81, LOLER and CDM 2015 is strongly preferable The ability to juggle several live projects at once without dropping the ball Ideally, a background in construction or building services would be highly desirable ..... full job details .....
