We are looking for a proactive Lifetime Services Project Manager to deliver exceptional technical support to customers and colleagues. In this key role, you will ensure that TGWNE''s Lifetime Services maintains a reputation for world-class customer service to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. You will be responsible for developing work packages, managing projects, handling repairs and warranty claims, and implementing site improvements. Collaborating with various departments, you''ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You''ll also process technical requests and create work package proposals to meet client needs effectively.
