We have brought our brightest minds together to respond to our client''s Project and Programme management objectives. Responsibilities Develop project plans including programmes, budgets and co-ordinate scheduling and milestones to ensure projects remain on track.Oversee the project budget, including cost estimation, reviewing and approval of applications for payments from both contractors and designers.Lead and supervise the project team, including contractors, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
