The Role - Senior Project Manager / Lead My client are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Lead for their project in Marsden. You will be a well-rounded individual with a hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example. Oversee and manage the project from inception to completion Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project Identify and mitigate project risks Ensure technical proficiency and compliance with industry standards Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met Maintain commercial awareness and ensure site activities align with financial goals Required Skills: In-depth industry-specific knowledge of facade / cladding is essential.
