They are a workplace design and build company creating beautiful, sustainable workspaces. They design and deliver CAT A, CAT A+ and CAT B office fit-outs, sustainable retrofits and tenant-ready workspaces. Purpose of the role: They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the operational delivery of workplace design-and-build projects, typically valued from £1m to £10m, from pre-construction and mobilisation through to Practical Completion, handover and defects close-out.
