Project Manager

Kenton Black are recruiting for a Project Manager in Tayside/Angus. The client is an established main contractor managing the construction of commercial new build/refurbishment projects, up to 20m. In your new role, as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operation of commercial construction projects across Angus/Dundee and Perth. You will ensure that each site adheres to health and safety protocols and will direct sub-contractors, in house tradesmen and labour to achieve programme deadlines and meet clients expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering materials and labour as well as creating progress reports and contributing to client/management/stakeholder meetings.As a minimum, you must have your CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS qualifications/certificates as well as previous experience managing commercial or social housing projects.
