      <description>Location: Dundee | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Kenton Black are recruiting for a Project Manager in Tayside/Angus. The client is an established main contractor managing the construction of commercial new build/refurbishment projects, up to -20m.   In your new role, as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operation of commercial construction projects across Angus/Dundee &amp; Perth. You will ensure that each site adheres to health &amp; safety protocols and will direct sub-contractors, in house tradesmen and labour to achieve programme deadlines and meet clients expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering materials &amp; labour as well as creating progress reports &amp; contributing to client/management/stakeholder meetings.  As a minimum, you must have your CSCS, First Aid &amp; SMSTS qualifications/certificates as well as previous experience managing commercial or social housing projects.
