Project Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established 50m turnover civils contractor delivering a portfolio of major infrastructure projects across the Midlands.The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of a water-biased infrastructure project, with a strong focus on heavy civils and reinforced concrete structures. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background who is comfortable managing complex construction packages from pre-construction through to completion.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the delivery of the project, managing site teams, subcontractors, commercial performance, programme, health and safety and quality.You will be expected to provide strong leadership across a technically demanding scheme, working closely with the client, consultants, subcontractors and internal commercial and engineering teams.Key responsibilities will include:- Managing the project from mobilisation through to completion.- Overall responsibility for programme, delivery, cost, quality and HandS.- Managing water infrastructure and heavy civils packages.- Overseeing the construction of reinforced concrete structures, foundations and associated civils.- Managing earthworks, drainage, underground services and associated infrastructure.- Coordinating subcontractors and specialist supply chains.- Leading site teams including Site ..... full job details .....
