Project Manager

Kenna Recruitment is currently on the lookout for a Project Manager for a key client of ours. This is a exciting opportunity to work on a flag ship scheme in the heart of London which consists of 200 units. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations and overall project delivery. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team. Oversee demolition, structural alterations, temporary works and fit-out. Manage programme, budgets, procurement and project risks. Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality and building regulations. Drive progress through to completion and handover. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager on residential refurbishment or conversion projects. Experience in cut-and-carve or complex structural alteration schemes. Strong leadership, programme management and commercial awareness.
