The role will be based near Tayside and you will be responsible for a number of site staff whilst making sure that projects are successfully delivered. We are looking for a Project Manager who can demonstrate experience overseeing large scale projects whilst displaying the ability to guide, manage and motivate others. Responsibilities: Liaising regularly with the Management Teams. Oversee project progress and cost control whilst managing the site team/ sub-contractors. Participate and lead meetings including weekly contract meetings, reviews, pre-start, technical and progress meetings. Promote health and safety practices. Mentor and train staff where required. Develop tender programme into a construction programme and determine appropriate construction methods. Identify and resolve any construction problems. Carry out and oversee site inspections daily.
