Project Manager

Pinnacle, the technology solution division of K3 Advisory Group, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. This role will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of ERP implementation and customer software enhancement projects for our clients in the SME market. This role is central to ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on time, while maintaining an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with customers, consultants, developers, and internal stakeholders to manage implementations, integrations, third-party solutions, and software development projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, process-driven, and committed to continuous improvement, with a strong focus on project governance, customer satisfaction and effective resource utilisation. This role is preominantly based from home, with travel to an office or client site as needed. Key Responsibilities Planning Liaise with the New Customer Acquisition (NCA) and Customer Account Management (CAM) teams to be clear on the solution. Identify and escalate any gaps between the sold solution, customer expectations and delivery requirements. Arrange and chair internal and customer project kick-off meetings.
