This flagship, multi-phase scheme requires a strong, self-sufficient Project Manager to lead day-to-day site operations and coordinate all project delivery functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced freelance Project Manager seeking long-term contract stability on a complex, high-profile development. The Role As the on-site Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the central point of coordination between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary on-site lead, overseeing all construction and project delivery activities. Manage programme delivery, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
