Project Manager/Business AnalystPreston Based (Remote working with visits to site as and when required.) 71.45 per hour Umbrella Inside IR356 Month Contract initially. Some travel to Barrow involved too. Typical duties include (but are not limited to):Pulling together all aspects of service delivery to achieve targets and KPIsEnsuring that Service Levels are achieved and appropriateDriving ITIL good practice and owning the Service Operations policies and processesContinuous Service Improvement through Problem and CSI processesQuality of data through asset and configuration managementRunning of DSR, WSR, MSR and Operations ReviewWorking with Performance Management to communicate Operations performanceAssurance of delivery through tools including Audit, SIPs, Self CertificationCreate and manage a Project planReport on Project ProgressWork with transition manager to deliver projectDrive achievement on Project planAct as Business Analyst, creating and managing requirements catalogueTravel to Barrow in Furness will be required Knowledge:The role holder will be an experienced ''hands-on'' Project manager that will get work as part of a small team on a critical role transferring resources and workload in a cyber security organisation.Experience of project management, cyber security and business analysis are ..... full job details .....
