Project Manager - Solar PV & BESS

Location: Glenrothes - anticipated initial project
Salary: -70,00080,000 per annum, depending on experience
Permanent | UK-wide travel and working away required

I''m recruiting a Project Manager for an established renewable energy business delivering utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects across the UK.

You''ll lead project delivery, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to keep construction progressing safely, on programme and within budget.

The role

• Manage delivery through construction, commissioning and handover.

• Oversee programme, budget, resources and project risks.

• Coordinate engineering, procurement and site delivery activities.

• Manage subcontractor performance and client communication.

• Drive safety, quality and progress reporting.

What you''ll need

• Proven project management experience delivering utility-scale ground-mounted Solar PV projects.

• Strong construction delivery, subcontractor management and programme control experience.

• Clear evidence of project sizes, responsibilities and delivery stages managed.

• BESS experience would be advantageous.

• Flexibility to travel and work away on projects across the UK.

Initial project allocations are subject to confirmation. This is a UK-wide delivery role, with locations changing according to project requirements.
