We''re looking for a confident, commercially aware Project Manager to join Netteam tX, taking ownership of the successful delivery of customer IT projects from initial handover through to completion. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you''ll manage larger and more complex projects yourself, while also helping us drive consistency, visibility and strong project management across our wider portfolio. You''ll take end-to-end ownership of technical customer projects, ensuring they are properly scoped, planned, resourced and commercially controlled before and throughout delivery. Day to day, you''ll: Manage complex technical projects from sales handover and mobilisation through to delivery, customer acceptance, handover and closure. Build and maintain clear project plans, actions, risks, dependencies, milestones and target dates. Coordinate technical engineers, internal teams, customers and third-party suppliers. Own customer communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring expectations are clear and issues are addressed early. Manage project budgets, sold versus actual hours, margin, forecasting, change control and billing readiness. Identify projects that are at risk of delay, overspend or scope creep and put clear recovery plans in place. ..... full job details .....
