Our client is entering a-12-week investigation and design period, with a view to commencing a-two-year construction programme in late 2026. The scheme comprises two residential blocks within a gated development and will involve the-dismantling of the existing cladding system and installation of new non-combustible cladding, alongside associated fire protection works. The successful Project Manager will take responsibility for the project from-inception through to client handover, providing strong leadership across the pre-construction and delivery phases. Key responsibilities will include: Developing and managing the project programme from investigation and design through to completion. Managing project budgets, costs, and commercial performance. Leading and coordinating the site team, consultants, and subcontractors. Managing senior client and stakeholder relationships.
