Project Manager Building Services - £35 to £38kLocation: CoventryAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take responsibility for delivering projects across the building services sector.Based in the Midlands, you ll manage projects from planning through to completion, coordinating teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required standards.Key Responsibilities Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion.Develop and maintain programmes, budgets, and delivery plans.Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.Monitor progress, costs, quality, and programme performance.Identify and manage project risks and issues.Maintain strong client, consultant, contractor, and supplier relationships.Lead project meetings and provide progress updates.Ensure projects meet contractual, technical, health and safety, and quality requirements.Manage project documentation, reporting, and commercial information.
