Key Requirements: Strong experience as a Project Manager within enterprise-wide transformation programmes in an Insurance or Financial services organisation. Experience delivering customer documentation, communications or operational change projects. Proven experience leading projects from initiation through to implementation. Experience managing plans, risks, issues, dependencies, governance and reporting. Ability to coordinate delivery across business and technology teams. Strong senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience working across multiple value streams, delivery teams and workstreams.
