IT Infrastructure Project Manager - £70,000 - Kingston, Surrey - Hybrid Prince 2 - Project Manager - Service Delivery - Agile A well established, tech business based in Kingston, Surrey are looking for a proactive, organised and delivery-focused IT Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager to join their Technology Team. This is a broad and highly visible role, responsible for bringing structure, governance and accountability to the delivery of IT and infrastructure projects, while also supporting effective technology service operations. You will work across technical teams, business stakeholders, finance and third-party suppliers to ensure projects and operational activity are delivered in line with agreed scope, priorities, budgets, service requirements and business outcomes. A key part of the role will be providing clear visibility of delivery health, operational risk, incidents, dependencies, supplier performance and financial position. You will be comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity, coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring actions are owned and followed through to completion. We are particularly interested in people who have a strong track record of managing complex IT projects and service operations within a structured or regulated environment, and who can build exceptional collaboration across organisational and technical boundaries.
