      <description>Location: Reading | Salary: 55000.00-55000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Ideal locations: M4 corridor and surrounding areas / SE London Salary: upto £65k DOE + Car and bonus scheme The Project Manager is responsible for the on-site supervision and co-ordination of gas, electricity, water and telecoms projects working closely with the Project Co-ordinator to ensure the successful delivery of schemes in a timely and accurate manner. To identify the minimum information requirements to enable a new connection application to be made to the Network for gas, electricity and water connections To be able to make applications to the Networks for new gas, electricity, water, sewer and telecommunication connections based on information provided by the client Knowledge of BNO/IDNO/Electrician metering options and cost/benefits of each option To interact professionally with suppliers to obtain information relevant to the project To build strong supplier relationships To source new suppliers and ensure they meet fit for purpose criteria. Identifying the best supplier(s) for the scope of work requested by the client.</description>
