We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist engineering business looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple installation projects from planning through to completion.The successful candidate will have strong working knowledge of BS5839 and FIA qualifications.Job Title: Project ManagerSalary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annumLocation: Site presence within London and Remote workingKey ResponsibilitiesManage projects from contract award through to completion and final handoverDevelop project programmes, budgets and cash flow forecastsCoordinate project launch meetings with clients, suppliers and internal teamsReview technical designs, specifications and installation requirementsProcure materials, subcontractors and labour to ensure successful project deliveryMonitor project progress, programme milestones and resource allocationControl project costs, forecasts, variations and applications for paymentAdminister subcontractor packages and final accountsBuild strong relationships with clients, consultants and site teamsAttend progress meetings and provide regular project updatesEnsure all works are completed in line with current industry regulations and health and safety standardsCarry out site inspections and support quality, safety and compliance initiativesLead and mentor project teams, engineers and subcontractorsIdentify project risks early and implement practical solutionsSkills and ExperienceProven experience ..... full job details .....
