Project Manager

Our client is a specialist fa-ade and building envelope contractor delivering design, supply and installation services across technically demanding construction projects.

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of fa-ade projects across London. This role would suit someone with strong experience managing fa-ade, cladding, curtain walling or external envelope packages, who can confidently coordinate site teams, subcontractors, design teams and clients.

Roles/Responsibilities

- Manage fa-ade projects from pre-start through to completion and handover.
- Oversee site operations, programme management, health and safety, quality control and project delivery.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget.
- Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review drawings, specifications, RAMS, project programmes and technical documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks early and implement practical solutions.
- Attend site meetings, progress meetings and client reviews.
