      <description>Location: Shepshed | Salary: &amp;pound;14.25/hour | Type: Permanent | Our client is looking for a Cleaning Project Manager-   Payrate : Starting at -14.25 per hour   Must have full UK driving licence    Hours of Work : 37 hours per week, average, but as necessary.  It should be noted that the majority of cleaning is undertaken in the early evening and early morning (an approximate split being 80/20 respectively ) and as such split times will be common.   Benefits:  28 days paid holiday per annum. Company vehicle, mobile phone, tablet.  The Cleaning Project Manager would ensure that new cleaning contracts are commissioned in a professional and efficient manner, before being handed over to the Area Managers for the implementation of normal day-to-day management.    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:      To train, motivate permanent members of start-up teams.   Visit site with Surveyor to familiarise and to check store room, power points, water supply, waste disposal, fire exits, first aid box, etc.   Develop and implement a start-up project plan for new contracts.
