The project will replace multiple legacy systems with a modern cloud-hosted platform, improving services, data quality, compliance, and customer experience for over 15,000 households across Portsmouth. Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle delivery of the HMS transformation programme from mobilisation through to go-live and post-implementation support. Manage programme governance including planning, budgets, risks, issues, reporting, change control, and stakeholder engagement.
