This is a high-profile role responsible for coordinating a complex partnership project that will translate the Council''s Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Prevention Strategy (Apply online only) into a clear, evidence-based delivery plan. Working to a key deadline of 1 December 2026, you will lead the project through mobilisation, development, governance approval and final submission to MHCLG. You will work collaboratively with council services, statutory partners, health organisations, commissioned providers, voluntary sector partners and people with lived experience to develop meaningful actions that prevent homelessness and address rough sleeping.
