Your new companyA leading national infrastructure and facilities management contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to join their Projects team, delivering refurbishment, maintenance and improvement works across multiple HMP establishments throughout the North West. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of secure environment projects for a well-established organisation with a strong pipeline of work.Your new roleAs Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction and refurbishment projects within operational prison environments. You will manage programmes from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.Key duties will include:Managing multiple live projects across various HMP sitesCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site management teamsEnsuring compliance with health and safety and prison security proceduresManaging project budgets, programmes and reporting requirementsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersConducting regular site visits across the North West regionOverseeing project delivery, quality assurance and handover processesWhat you''ll need to succeedProven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industryExperience delivering refurbishment, MandE or building projectsStrong stakeholder management and client-facing skillsExcellent programme and commercial awarenessSMSTS, CSCS and ..... full job details .....
