Project Manager - Fit OutLocation: Tower Hill, London Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + PackageSector: Construction / Fit OutEmployment Type: Full-time The Opportunity Hill McGlynn are currently working with an established construction and fit out contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team, based from their Tower Hill, London office. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the management and delivery of fit out projects, working closely with clients, subcontractors, site teams and the wider business to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme, quality and commercial expectations. Alongside strong construction and project management experience, this position requires someone with excellent IT, administration and project reporting skills. You will be expected to maintain accurate project documentation, programmes and progress information throughout the delivery process. Experience working with progress sheets, Smartsheet and writing construction programmes would be a significant advantage. The Role As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for fit out projects from pre-construction and mobilisation through to completion and handover.
