Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis at their headquarters in Cumbernauld.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised Project Manager to join a successful business with an outstanding reputation for delivering bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects to the highest standards.The Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple joinery and fit-out projects from initial handover through to completion. Working closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors and the commercial department, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging projects from pre-construction through to completion.Planning and coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors.Monitoring project programmes to ensure deadlines are achieved.Managing project budgets alongside the commercial team.Building and maintaining strong client relationships.Attending site meetings and progress reviews.Identifying and mitigating project risks.Ensuring compliance with health ..... full job details .....
