The successful Project Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the project, leading a lean site team and working closely with the design and commercial teams. Key Responsibilities Manage the project from construction through to handover. Lead the site management and engineering teams. Manage subcontractors and key work packages. Drive the construction programme and monitor progress. Coordinate design information, RFIs and technical queries. Work closely with the commercial and design teams. Maintain high standards of quality and health & safety. Liaise with the client, consultants and key stakeholders. Requirements Previous experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor. Strong residential or mixed-use project experience. Experience delivering multi-storey developments. Good knowledge of RC frame construction. Strong subcontractor and programme management skills.
