Project Manager

A well-established main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver a major residential development in North London.

The successful Project Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the project, leading a lean site team and working closely with the design and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project from construction through to handover.
• Lead the site management and engineering teams.
• Manage subcontractors and key work packages.
• Drive the construction programme and monitor progress.
• Coordinate design information, RFIs and technical queries.
• Work closely with the commercial and design teams.
• Maintain high standards of quality and health & safety.
• Liaise with the client, consultants and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong residential or mixed-use project experience.
• Experience delivering multi-storey developments.
• Good knowledge of RC frame construction.
• Strong subcontractor and programme management skills.
• Hands-on approach and comfortable working within a lean project team.
• Relevant construction qualifications.
