You will Open to programme management by aligning project objectives with ensuring that individual projects contribute to the overall success of the programme. Support in selecting and evaluating sub-contractors and suppliers. This includes conducting due diligence to identify the most suitable vendors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring their performance throughout the project lifecycle.
