Project Manager - Highways

Atheray Stone are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work for a Main Contractor who are working on a large Highways Framework covering the M25.-

This is working as part of a busy civils framework which delivery 8 to 10 projects per year of varying values. Types of projects include but are not limited to:

• Concrete Repairs
• Bearing Replacement
• Joint Replacement
• Bridge Deck Waterproofing & Surfacing Works
• Painting & Corrosion Protection
• Ground Stabilisation & Earthworks

Candidates need to be able to travel to all areas of the M25, as well as being able to commit to day, night and weekend shifts.-

Overview:

• Experience working for a tier 1 or 2 contractor and managing a-project portfolio of bridge structures.
• Degree in civil engineering, construction-management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma-Methodologies is an advantage.
• Significant experience in-highways construction, specifically roads, bridges or structures.
• Strong knowledge of NEC or ICE contract conditions and programme management.
• SMSTS-certification and a valid-CSCS card.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment
