Project Manager - Highways

Atheray Stone are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work for a Main Contractor who are working on a large Highways Framework covering the M25. This is working as part of a busy civils framework which delivery 8 to 10 projects per year of varying values. Types of projects include but are not limited to: Concrete Repairs Bearing Replacement Joint Replacement Bridge Deck Waterproofing and Surfacing Works Painting and Corrosion Protection Ground Stabilisation and Earthworks Candidates need to be able to travel to all areas of the M25, as well as being able to commit to day, night and weekend shifts. Overview: Experience working for a tier 1 or 2 contractor and managing a project portfolio of bridge structures. Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field. Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma Methodologies is an advantage. Significant experience in highways construction, specifically roads, bridges or structures. Strong knowledge of NEC or ICE contract conditions and programme management. SMSTS certification and a valid CSCS card.
