This is a long-term contract opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering, demolition, enabling works or major infrastructure projects, ideally within a highly regulated environment such as nuclear.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for managing the delivery of civils and demolition work packages, coordinating project teams, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.RequirementsProven experience managing civils, demolition or heavy infrastructure projects.Background working for a Principal Contractor on major projects.Experience delivering projects within the nuclear or another highly regulated sector is highly desirable.Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.Good understanding of NEC contracts and project controls.Proficient with MS Office, Primavera P6 and CEMAR.Relevant CSCS Card.Must be eligible to obtain SC Security Clearance.
