With strong backing, a clear plan and a secured pipeline of high-rise residential work, the business is establishing a new division focused on delivering HRBs, multi-storey schemes and complex envelope projects. This is an opportunity to join early, take full ownership of a project, and grow with a division that has serious momentum. As Project Manager, you''ll be number one on site, responsible for upstream reporting to senior leadership and downward management of site teams and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day delivery as number one on site, owning programme, reporting, quality and compliance. Deliver high-rise residential / HRB projects, ensuring strong control of sequencing, logistics and access. Manage both façade/envelope packages and internal works, ensuring full project oversight - not just external works. Maintain strict Building Safety Act, BSR and golden thread compliance across all projects. Oversee internal safety works including fire stopping, compartmentation, sprinklers and resident interfaces. Manage subcontractors, drive QA processes and ensure consistent standards across multi-storey schemes. Identify risks early and implement corrective actions to protect programme certainty.
