As Project Manager, you''ll lead projects, working closely with an Operations Manager and senior leadership to deliver high-quality, well-run schemes across London.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day delivery of new build residential and high-rise projects from pre-construction through to completion.Take ownership of existing façade and remediation schemes as the division transitions toward a new-build-led portfolio.Manage programme, sequencing, logistics and access across multi-storey buildings.Oversee façade, envelope and internal safety-related works, ensuring quality and compliance.Maintain strict Building Safety Act, BSR and golden thread compliance across all projects.Manage subcontractors and ensure robust QA processes are consistently applied.Identify risks early and implement corrective actions to ..... full job details .....
