Based from our office in Penkridge, Staffordshire, this is a practical, hands-on role managing heritage, refurbishment and conservation-led projects across the Midlands. Unlike large main-contractor developments, our projects require close attention to detail, careful planning and a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality work on historic buildings. Salary £45,000-£50,000 per annum (higher salary may be considered for candidates with exceptional experience), plus the potential for a company vehicle or vehicle allowance and possible performance-related benefits.
