Key Requirements:  Any refurbishment (retail/schools) or actual Healthcare/hospital project experience and previous Design & Build experience are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects to programme, budget, quality and H&S standards. Coordinate Site Managers, subcontractors, designers, clients and clinical teams. Produce and manage programmes, RAMS, CPPs, RFIs, technical submissions and drawing trackers. Lead design and client meetings, recording actions and driving progress. Monitor costs, procurement, variations and provisional sums with the commercial team. Identify and manage project risks, delays and EOTs. Oversee commissioning, O&M information and final handover.
