Project Manager

We are working on behalf of a global financial services client to bring to market a PM position, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile Markets Transformation team responsible for delivering strategic change initiatives across Capital Markets. Working at the intersection of Business, Technology, and Transformation teams, you will play a key role in translating business requirements into practical technical solutions, driving delivery across multiple workstreams, and ensuring key programme milestones are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:

• Analysing business requirements and translating them into technical and data-driven solutions.
• Working closely with Technology, Data, and Business stakeholders to define delivery plans and implementation approaches.
• Driving the day-to-day execution of technical deliverables, ensuring requirements are understood and delivered successfully.
• Facilitating workshops, working groups, and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and define project plans.
• Managing dependencies across business, transformation, and technology initiatives.
• Identify, manage, and escalate programme risks, issues, and blockers in a timely manner.
• Engaging regularly with senior stakeholders, providing updates, recommendations, and resolution strategies.
• Producing high-quality project documentation, status reports, governance packs, and programme artefacts.

Key experience and skills:

• Minimum 3 years'' experience in a technical delivery, business analysis, project delivery, or change management role.
• Proven experience managing and tracking technical deliveries within complex environments.
• Strong understanding of the software development and delivery lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against challenging deadlines.
