Due to the award of a flagship scheme, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a -19m commercial office refurbishment in Central London. This is a project-focused role, offering full responsibility for a single scheme rather than overseeing multiple projects. Construction is due to commence in the early part of Q4, with a 19-month programme in place. The project involves the complete repositioning of a four-storey office building, including structural alterations, upgraded building services, CAT A and CAT B fit-out works, and the delivery of a number of bespoke, high-specification occupier facilities. Reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will lead a site team comprising 5-6 managers and work closely with the commercial team to manage procurement, cost control, programme and overall project performance from mobilisation through to handover.
