Salary: 84,000 - 95,000 + company benefitsLocation: Luton Hays are working with a major UK construction group that turns over in excess of 1.4bn and has built a strong reputation for delivering large, complex projects across the commercial, industrial, logistics, education, residential and mixed-use sectors. The business has a strong regional presence across London, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the wider South East, with a healthy pipeline of secured and upcoming work. They are now looking to appoint a Project Manager to take a key role on a 60m commercial scheme in Luton, which is due to go live later this year.The role will begin during the preconstruction stage, giving you the opportunity to be involved before the project reaches site. You will work closely with the design, planning, commercial and operational teams to help shape the programme, logistics, methodology and delivery strategy before taking the project forward into construction.This would suit a Project Manager who has already delivered projects in the region of 40m+ and wants to join a larger, financially secure contractor with the scale, structure and pipeline to support long-term progression.
