Due to the award of a flagship scheme, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 19m commercial office refurbishment in Central London.This is a project-focused role, offering full responsibility for a single scheme rather than overseeing multiple projects. Construction is due to commence in the early part of Q4, with a 19-month programme in place. The project involves the complete repositioning of a four-storey office building, including structural alterations, upgraded building services, CAT A and CAT B fit-out works, and the delivery of a number of bespoke, high-specification occupier facilities.
