We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global financial services organisation for an experienced Operations Transformation Project Manager to join a large-scale banking transformation programme based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to lead complex change initiatives across a highly regulated environment, supporting operational readiness, migration planning, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement as part of a multi-country transformation programme.Key responsibilities include:Drive programme planning and delivery across multiple transformation workstreamsManage dependencies, risks, issues and critical milestones to support successful deliveryCoordinate operational readiness activities, including controls, processes, training and go-live preparationProduce senior stakeholder updates, governance materials and executive reportingFacilitate working groups and steer complex decision-making across business and technology teamsConduct impact assessments and support risk mitigation activitiesSupport post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with Operations, Technology, Finance, Product and Risk stakeholders across the programmeKey experience and skills:Significant Project Management experience within Financial ServicesProven track record delivering large-scale transformation or change programmesStrong understanding of banking operations and operational readinessExperience managing complex stakeholder groups across ..... full job details .....
