About the team The Change Directorate is at the forefront of this organisation''s ambition to transform themselves into a data-led regulator, and this work enables them to effectively regulate some of the UK''s most complex financial markets. Within the Change Directorate sits the Enforcement and Market Oversight (EMO), Sustainable Finance and International (ESFI) Change Department. They are responsible for the delivery of change to help shape and deliver divisional strategies to meet prioritised policy, regulatory and operational outcomes. They combine project, programme and portfolio management, business and technical architecture, relationship management, business change and business analysis expertise.
