Senior Project Manager, Initial 6-12m Contract, possible temp to perm, Cambridgeshire Your new company Our client is seeking a highly capable and practical Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of capital projects ranging from £500K to £20M+. This is a strategic yet hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong FM/construction project management experience and a proven track record of client-side delivery.The successful candidate will oversee both long-term development aligned with a major strategic plan and immediate short-term projects requiring urgent attention. This includes new sustainable builds, refurbishment of heritage assets, and compliance upgrades.Your new role Initial 6 Months: Immediate project management support is required for a series of short-term works. These include:Fire Door Redevelopment and Refurbishment - £400KSummer Works Programme - £100KExternal Redecoration Programme - £150KFire Alarm Upgrade Programme - £320KThis phase will involve tendering, contractor management, budget control, and extensive client-side liaison.
